As a systems-thinker and facilitator, I help teams translate research insights, stakeholder needs, and business objectives into intuitive products and experiences that deliver measurable impact.

Hitachi Digital Services

Brought in to operationalize a rebrand across Hitachi’s digital channels, I uncovered a deeper issue: fragmented decision-making across teams. By aligning stakeholders around shared principles and systems, I reduced fragmentation, accelerated execution by 30–50%, and increased SQLs.

I delivered an ADA-compliant design system with governance for global rollout, trained internal designers on extensible patterns, and introduced AI-assisted content workflows and conversational discovery.
