Hitachi Digital Services

Brought in to operationalize a rebrand across Hitachi’s digital channels, I uncovered a deeper issue: fragmented decision-making across teams. By aligning stakeholders around shared principles and systems, I reduced fragmentation, accelerated execution by 30–50%, and increased SQLs.

I delivered an ADA-compliant design system with governance for global rollout, trained internal designers on extensible patterns, and introduced AI-assisted content workflows and conversational discovery.

I led the design of the first graphical interface for NTT’s global threat intelligence platform, transforming complex cybersecurity telemetry into an interactive system for analysts and business leaders. The platform reduced incident response time by 50% and contributed to 3x revenue growth for the cybersecurity division.

CapeZero centralizes and operationalizes clean energy project finance data, so that teams do not have to rely on spreadsheets. I defined the early product strategy, positioning, and user experience for CapeZero’s clean-energy finance platform, enabling early customer acquisition and fundraising.

Context Nature (venture-backed climate fintech)

Specialty Tax Accounting AI product. I led customer discovery, solution validation and product design + build supported by an incredible team of developers, data scientists and domain experts. I designed human-in-the-loop AI and reusable credit workflows that cut discovery time by ~80% and made smaller credits economically viable, with validation from U.S. Treasury/ IRS stakeholders.
