NTT Cloud

Problem
When NTT launched its cloud product, the resulting product experience reflected the infrastructure: many different products (migration assist, devOps, etc) interlinked by workflows in an interface.

User Research
Our user research unearthed that the top hurdle for their consumers was
understanding NTT offered a suite of interconnected products ready to service all stages of enterprise software development: from migration and development to monitoring and maintenance. We segmented audiences, mapped scenarios and created users stories form tasks.

Solution: Product Design
We stripped all unnecessary interface elements and rearchitected navigation to more clearly map back to main user scenarios. Building upon the need from various audience segments to assess health of their cloud instance and usage at a glance, we created a series of dashboards that serve as entry points to interacting with other product elements. Furthermore, we designed a new user interface that visually integrates and seamlessly transitions users from one product to the next.

Results
To alleviate implementation efforts, we created a design system (design and code) that allowed them to quickly implement our work across various cloud products, enhancing user experience. More importantly, our work resulted in more customers easily understanding and adopting more of NTT Cloud products.
